With a career spanning over twenty years in the industry, Martin has a wealth of talent and experience. Following a hugely successful independent career, Martin joined TONI&GUY's popular Kensington salon as Assistant Manager in June 2000.
Displaying a natural flair for management, his leadership qualities led to him taking the helm at the Covent Garden salon just one year later, to manage a huge team comprising 45 staff! Martin's career further progressed at the Canary Wharf salon as Artistic Director to oversee staff training. It was during this time he realised his ambition to create his own TONI&GUY salon in the heart of London's Soho.
Having headed the team at London Fashion Week's concept salon, Martin's blend of fantastic hairdressing and attention to details proved a huge hit with the hundreds of VIP's - many of whom have joined his devoted clientele.
Roland's career with TONI&GUY started back in 2004 where he first joined the Liverpool Street salon whilst shopfitting underwent for the Soho salon. With a career spanning over 20 years Roland has worked on many photoshoot's styling the hair for the many models.
Mia's career started at the Kensington salon back in 2003 where she joined the salon as a Stylist. Here she worked for two years with a promotion to Senior Stylist before moving to Italy in May 2006. Mia joined the TONI&GUY salon in Como whilst living in Milan and working in the Academy assisting the teachers.
Mia stayed in Italy for a year before moving back to her native England where she joined the Soho salon as a Style Director. Over the years Mia has cut the hair of Matt Belemy (lead singer of MUSE), Sam Aledice (Bolton FC Manager), Alan Carr, Wigfield and stars from Footballer Wives.
Kristina moved from her native Lithanuian to join our sister company essensuals back in 2003 where she worked as an assistant and receptionist before embarking on the TONI&GUY training program which she finished in July 2006 with a Distinction. Kristina joined the Soho salon as a Stylist in July 2006 and has recently been promoted to Senior Stylist.
Kristina has also been accepted onto the 2008 Breakthrough Team - the cream of TONI&GUY's emerging talent and hand picked by Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck, global creative director and her creative team, the Breakthrough Team's mission is to select and nuture talented young individuals from across the TONI&GUY network who have shown raw talent, commitment, individuality and the effortless ability to shine.
Charlie started with TONI&GUY back in 2002 as an Assistant and worked his way through the training program at a phenomenal speed. Charlie has worked at Salon International, London Fashion Week and assisted on photoshoots working with the International Artistic team.
Our newest Stylist to the team, Sasha, originally from Lithuania, started her career with TONI&GUY a few agos and joined the Soho salon in October 2007.
Having joined the Kensington salon from her native France in 1998, Cecilia's natural flair and passion for colour saw her career flourish when she joined the legendary TONI&GUY International Artistic Team as an International Technical Artistic Director three years later.
Cecilia's creative approach and down-to-earth style have made her a very popular team member. Having enjoyed an exciting, yet frantic existence split between teaching and travelling for shows and seminars across Europe, she has also taken centre stage at huge industry events such as Salon International - the UK's biggest trade show.
Her creative ability was rewarded with her accreditation of a L'Oreal Colour Specialist Degree making Cecilia the pefect person to head up the Technical team.
Bradley's career with TONI&GUY started back in 2004 as an Assistant and joined the Soho salon a couple of months after opening in May 2005. His flair and passion for colour made his obvious choice to become a Technician.
After months of intense training with courses at L'Oreal and our London Academy, Bradley finished his TONI&GUY training with flying colours and has become a real talent with colour. Bradley has worked at Salon International and London Fashion Week and worked on the company's step by step DVD's with the International Technicial Artistic team.
