Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck daughter of founder and CEO Toni Mascolo, is the youngest ever person to win Newcomer of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards aged 19. She is now Global Creative Director and her husband James Tarbuck is Global Brand Director for the company.

In 2003, TONI&GUY launched it’s own charity, “The TONI&GUY Charitable Foundation”, which is committed to raising £700,000 for the refurbishment of a new children’s ward at the Variety Club Children’s Hospital, King’s College in London. It will be known as the TONI&GUY Ward, and will care for chronically sick children from all over the UK.
